Every refurbished device we sell is professionally inspected, tested, and graded before it ships. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The device must be in the same condition as received (no new physical damage)
The device must not be locked to a new carrier or iCloud/Google account
All items included in the original shipment must be returned

To initiate a return, please contact us at wadeday46@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a device that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
